I also use Twhirl on PC which is also from Seesmic. And Tweetie but that is only on the Mac and iPhone. DestroyTwitter is small and less bulky so I enjoy that for using Twitter. Although Tweetdeck is pretty all encompassing for the heavy user. The thing about DestroyTwitter is that once you start typing an @ for a person, it automatically brings up a list of your connections so you don't have to figure out if you are spelling the name right.
