Don’t listen to them… there’s nothing wrong with being at the gym at 5 am. I’m at work by 5 all summer long. Besides, it looks like that may be the only time you get to yourself.

I’m with Pete – I don’t care how dedicated to something I am. The only way I see 5 am willingly is if I’m still up for some reason (and that hasn’t happened in years!)
