I don’t have a very good home theater setup. I actually just bought a 37″ LCD Projection TV… so far so good. As far as audio I’ve never had surround sound. Though I will say I have HD Radio in my car and I love it.

I have a laptop and a really cheap DVD player with a really crappy 7″ LCD screen!. I don’t even own a television or a standalone music player .

I started off with my amp/receiver. That was the first piece and then I built it from there. Most people would pick the display first, I always say go for the best you can afford, and then go just a little bit further.

It’s worth it in the long run
