November Means – Black Friday Deals and Specials!
Some people look at November as the first days into the holiday season…
A time to hang out with family and friends, reminisce about times past, and generally be around those you love for the one time a year where all the petty things in the world just don’t seem to matter as much.
But I say, screw all that.
I just want to hit up the Black Friday Specials!
My Christmas History
Like most kids growing up, Christmas was my #1 seed for holidays. I was fortunate enough to always have really great XMas but I think after this ONE Christmas, things were never the same…

Why I Love Black Friday Specials
Not long after I destroyed the magic of Christmas, I grew older and my family stopped giving me fun things. Instead they opted to give me clothes. What the hell is that about? When you get to know me, you’ll know that even though I’m a married guy with a little baby, I’m still a kid at heart. I love toys, I love games, I love electronics… I don’t love clothes. Now that I’m married, my wife doesn’t really get that either. She always wants to get me things “that are useful” regardless of what I say.
So now that I’m older, I have to help MYSELF OUT since no one else wants to. And to paraphrase Kiss, “[I've been given a gift, I've been given a road, and that road's name is...]” Black Friday!

More to Come
As we continue to approach my favourite day of the year, I’ll certainly be telling you kids more about what I’m planning to do and all the like (since my wife doesn’t read this site) but until then make sure you check out my favourite site this time of year, Black Friday Ads!
Hey, am I just crazy here? There’s gotta me others out there like me who just LOVE Black Friday Specials!

Would you believe I have never been to a Black Friday thingy? NEVER. Hubby and I always wait until the last minute to go shopping. I’m hoping to get some great deals this year though on the net.

@Sassy – You know, last year I incorporated online shopping into my Black Friday affairs and it worked quite well to minimize my time going through stores and ultimately maximizing my Black Friday experience. (Obviously I take Black Friday very seriously. (#);) )

I understand a lot of good deals usually happen on Black Friday, especially for electronics and video game type stuff. My hubby is looking forward to it as well. And even though he and I are older than you, we both like our games.

I avoid Black Friday like the plague. I’d rather pay more for a convenient, relaxing shopping experience (and you wonder why I’m deep in debt).
Sidenote: That bulb made me think of the NO Saints.

@Teeni – That makes you two aces in my book! Make sure in the coming weeks that you check in and let everyone know what your Black Friday plans are!
@Angela – I’ll admit that Black Friday isn’t for everyone but I think if you plan things out, you can can get the deals you need without all the hassle you don’t.
And the bulb made me think the same. But even being a SKINS fan, that’s ok ’cause I figure the Saints need some holiday cheer. Granted, after that beating your boys gave mine, I think the Skins may need a bit more of a pickmeup. BTW, GL against the Colts!

Me too, what the heck is that about?! I mean, c’mon… socks, a non stick frying pan? I don’t want any boring crap for Christmas. I want something fun. Give me a game or a DVD, something that I can enjoy.
I have told people countless times, even given them a list of ideas for low cost items I would enjoy and still my family insists on buying me housewares and ugly clothing. *sigh*

@Antibarbie – Looks like you and I are in the same mess. We need to find a way out of this little conundrum. *nod*
