Yesterday, My Site Blew Up!
As you can defer from the title, yesterday, my site’s traffic blew up! And that’s great! I’ve been putting a lot of work into my site lately, and it’s always reassuring to know that the work is paying off. I got so excited yesterday looking at my exploding stats, that I even upgraded my FeedBurner account to a PRO one so that I could get some live stats on feed. (Though, in regards to FeedBurner PRO, I’m not sure that it’s worth the money. I dunno. The jury is still out on that one).
Now don’t get it twisted out there folks, my site’s stats (even yesterday) compared with oh, just about any other site out there certainly deserved to be sneezed at. I know that, and I don’t make any bones about it. However, every aspiring webmaster needs something to crow about every now and then, and I think this was mine for the month.
If you wanna get a sense of what I’m talking about, check out my stat’s for yesterday May 15th, compared with a “normal” day for me thus far…like May 8th. Now I gotta figure out what was so special about yesterday compared to any other day. But one thing at least is for sure, yesterday got me a few more subscribers – And that of course is GREAT.
