Mario and Sonic in a Game Together?!
Incroyable! From IGN.com, Mario and Sonic are set to star in a videogame together! Currently the game is titled, “Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games” and will allow Wii players to use the Wii remote to play several olympic events. But …. WOW. Who would’ve thought that one day Mario and Sonic would be in the same together? Not I, that’s for sure. I remember when I first got a Seega Genesis and it was clear even then that Sonic was created pretty much just to compete against Mario and Nintendo. Well, I guess if there was ever a game to first showcase the two together, something like competion at the Olympic Games is a pretty cool idea since they’re both considered to be the most famous video game characters ever. Does this momentous occassion call for me buying the game? Uh…Probably not. I mean, it’s a game about the Olympics! Maybe for $30, but not for $50 or whatever Wii games go for nowadays.
